Booking Policy
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $27 is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your service balance.
Payment Policy
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Cash or credit card payment for the remaining balance.
Same-day appointments (if available) incur an additional $50 fee.
After-hours appointments incur an additional $50 fee.
VIP Appointment is an additional $100
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No Call / No Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the total appointment balance using the card provided at the time of booking.
Squeeze-In Appointments
If my schedule is fully booked and you would like to be accommodated between existing appointments, a $50 squeeze-in fee will apply.
After-hours squeeze-in appointments incur an $50 fee.
All squeeze-in fees must be paid in advance via Apple Pay before your appointment is confirmed.
Late Arrival Policy
A $5 late fee will be charged for every 5 minutes you are late.
After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and require rescheduling.
Salon Etiquette
No extra guests are permitted.
Please do not use your cell phone during your service.
If you are waiting or sitting under the dryer, cell phones may not be used on speakerphone.
